Returns & Exchanges

At Speedcubing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
